My Background
I earned my Ph.D. in Bio-organic Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University, where I gained a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between biological systems and human health. While my academic journey provided me with a foundation in science, I found my true calling in connecting with people and empowering them to live their best lives.
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition–the world’s leading integrative health education and certification program–becoming a Certified Professional Health Coach. Through this training, I gained the tools to help clients connect to their physical, emotional, and spiritual health, recognizing that wellness is a multi-dimensional experience.
